Forcar AS3N 1104-tray blast chiller

Blast chiller 3 trays Forcar AS1104N Monobloc structure in 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, external satin “Scotch Brite” finish. 60mm thick insulation with 42kg/m3 high density foam, adjustable feet. Internal cell with rounded corners for easier cleaning, guides suitable for holding GN1/1 or 600X400 pans. Reversible door (AB series only) with removable magnetic gasket, probe for measuring the temperature at the core of the product included. Door microswitch for blocking the evaporator fan, electronic control, manual emptying of the defrost water, automatic defrosting on the AB series, manual on the AS series, 4 operating cycles. AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL Core probe included (Only for positive blast chilling)
